There was objection. Representative Vance moved and asked unanimous consent to table Amendment No. 2. Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Representative Patkotak objected and withdrew the objection. Representative Fields objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 3 was adopted. Amendment No. 4 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 15, line 10, through page 16, line 27: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 16, line 28: Delete "secs. 1 - 9" Insert "secs. 1 - 8" Page 16, lines 28 - 29: Delete "secs. 1 - 9" Insert "secs. 1 - 8" Page 16, line 30: Delete "Section 10" Insert "Section 9" Page 16, line 31: Delete "sec. 11" Insert "sec. 10" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 4 be adopted.
